DeBoss trains magpies and crows to clear small litter, on their own initiative, for a reward.

Ingeborg Johansen is the founder of the company, and has been active in horse sports since 2004, active in dog sports since 2007 and is an approved dog handler with the rescue dog Link. She organizes courses in animal husbandry and training, has a bachelor's degree in ecology and nature management. She has worked as a systems engineer since 2019.

In 2022, she created a prototype of an automatic feeder, which rewards birds that pick up and throw away small rubbish. The automatic feeder is only in use part of the day, can be remotely controlled and closed to avoid disturbing the birds' breeding season so as not to disturb the natural routines.
