Dagfinn has a master's degree in ICT from the University of Stavanger and a master's degree from BI in innovation and green growth. For the past 10 years, he has led the Lyse group's R&D & Innovation unit, where early-stage innovation, prototyping new technologies and business models have been central themes. Before this, he first led Altibox's product department for four years, and then Altibox's innovation department for two years. He also has experience from Lyse's investment company Lyse Vekst, and 20 years' experience from various Telenor companies.
