Iván has a PhD in Petroleum Technology by the University of Stavanger and a Master´s degree in Chemical Engineering by the University of Barcelona. Since 2013, Iván has collaborated in several industry sponsored projects by international oil companies with the objective of creating Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) opportunities in reservoirs around the world.
He has also been an active collaborator with international Oil & Gas Authorities to increase the technological impact of reservoir engineering solutions.
Iván is working as Business Development Manager in Validé with main focus within energy and sustainable research-based innovation.
