Sahra has a master's degree in change management at the University of Stavanger, and has had an internship in Validé and Norwegian Smart Care Cluster during the study period.
She has a bachelor's degree in social work from «Høgskolen i Innlandet», and has experience in elderly care and care for patients.
In Validé, Sarha works as a project manager for the Norwegian Smart Care Lab and contributes to projects in the health cluster.
