The Nor Tubular Cutter (NTC 325-10S) is the first tool to be released by Noroiltools and was launched in late 2017. Sølve Hetland is the founder and CEO in the company, and he has more than 15 years of experience in oil services. His passion os to find new solutions that make our work easier.

In March 2019 the first NorOilTools Tubular Cutter was installed at Equinor´s Deepsea Bergen semi-submersible drilling rig, Huldra 30/2-1.

Tasks carried out by the Nor Tubular Cutter:
• Performed two cuts to part the first length, which was 26 m.
• Performed two cuts to part the second length, which was 34 m.
